【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesamethodologyforthedeterminationoftheleachingbehaviourofwasteunderspecifiedconditions(i.e.foraspecifiedscenarioincludingaspecifiedtimeframe)inordertoprovideasolutiontoadefinedproblem.Thisappliestodisposalandrecoveryscenarios.NOTE1RecoveryisthetermdefinedintheEuropeanWasteActs.Itincludesre-useandrecycling.!Theterm"waste"includesallcategoriesofwaste,suchasmunicipalwaste,wastefromextractiveindustryetc."Theexternalconditionswhichhaveadirectinfluenceonthereleaseofconstituentsfromwasteareconsidered.Migrationofconstituentsleachedfromthedisposalortherecoverysiteintothesurroundingenvironmentisnotconsidered.Alsotheassessmentoftoxicitytohumansorecologicalimpactsonfloraandfaunaasasecondaryeffectafterreleaseofconstituentsfromthewasteisnotconsidered.NOTE2Presentknowledgeofhighlycomplexscenariosandwastesmaylimittheabilitytoprovideaclearsolutiontoadefinedproblem.Anexamplemaybethelandfillingofcomplexmixturesofwastesorthepredictionoftheacidgenerationbehaviourwastefromtheextractiveindustry
