【摘要】:ThispartofISO13000specifiestherequirementsforprocessedunfilledpolytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)products,whichmayoccurinseveralforms.ThePTFEusedtomakethesemi-finishedproductisdescribedinISO12086-1and,asprovidedinISO12086-1,maycontainupto1%ofacomonomer.ThePTFEusedtomakethesemi-finishedproductmaybevirgin,reprocessedorrecycledresin.Theadditionofupto1,5%bymassofpigmentorcolorantispermitted.ThispartofISO13000allowsforfourgradesbasedontensilestrengthandelongationatbreak.Thesemi-finishedproductscanbeas-processed(typeP)ordimensionallystabilized(typeS)andmayalsohavespecifiedelectricalpropertiesorotherpropertieswhentheyarerequiredforanapplication.NOTEReferencestootherstandardspecificationsforsemi-finishedproductsmadefrompolytetrafluoroethylenearelistedinAnnexAforinformation.
