【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReport(type2)isaguidewiththeobjectiveofprovidingdetailedandcomprehensiveguidanceonacoordinatedprogrammeofwithin-laboratoryandbetween-laboratoryqualitycontrolforensuringtheachievementofresultsofadequateandspecifiedaccuracyintheanalysisofwatersandassociatedmaterials.ThisTechnicalReportanditsannexesareapplicabletothechemicalandphysicochemicalanalysisofnaturalwaters(includingseawater),wastewater,rawwaterintendedfortheproductionofpotablewater,andpotablewater.Itisnotintendedforapplicationtotheanalysisofsludgesandsediments(althoughmanyofitsgeneralprinciplesareapplicabletosuchanalysis)anditdoesnotaddressthebiologicalormicrobiologicalexaminationofwater.Whilstsamplingisanimportantaspect,thisisonlybrieflyconsidered.AnalyticalqualitycontrolasdescribedinthisTechnicalReportisintendedforapplicationtowateranalysiscarriedoutwithinaqualityassuranceprogramme.ThisTechnicalReportdoesnotaddressthedetailedrequirementsofqualityassuranceforwateranalysis.TherecommendationsofthisTechnicalReportareinagreementwiththerecommendationsofestablishedqualityassurancedocumentation(forexampleISOGuide25andEN45001).Adiscussionofqualitysystemsinwateranalysisisprovidedinclause4tosetincontexttherecommendationsonqualitycontrol.ThisTechnicalReportisapplicabletotheuseofallanalyticalmethodswithinitsfieldofapplication,althoughitsdetailedrecommendationsmayrequireinterpretationandadaptationtodealwithcertaintypesofdeterminand(forexamplenon-specificdeterminandssuchassuspendedsolidsorbiochemicaloxygendemand).IntheeventofanydisparitybetweentherecommendationsofthisTechnicalReportandtherequirementsofastandardmethodofanalysis,therequirementsofthemethodshouldprevail.ThebasisoftheTechnicalReportistoensuretheachievementofresultsofadequateaccuracybyadherencetothesequentialstagesofanalyticalqualitycontrolshowninfigure1.

【摘要】:Coatedwoodpanelproductsmustbestackedfacetofaceorfacetobackduringwarehousing,packaging,andtransportationwithoutthecoatedfinishsticking(blocking)andbecomingdamaged.Thistestmethoddescribesalaboratorymeansofevaluatingconditionsofblockingusingfactorsofpressure,heat,timeandmoisture.Degreesofhardnessordegreesofcureoforganiccoatings,orboth,canbeevaluatedusingablockingtest.Therateofvolatileloss(dryingspeed)oforganiccoatingscanbeevaluatedusingablockingtest.Theeffectivenessofprotectivepackagingmaterials(slipsheets)fororganiccoatingsonwoodsubstratescanbeevaluatedusingablockingtest.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheblockresistanceoforganiccoatingsonwoodandwood-basedpanelsubstrates.Blockresistanceistheabilityofacoatingtoresiststickingtoanothersurfaceandtoresistanychangeinappearancewhenitispressedagainstthatsurfaceforaprolongedperiodoftime.1.2GeneralmethodsfordeterminingblockresistanceareoutlinedinSections6and7.Variationsinherentinusermaterialsandprocedures,however,maydictateadjustmentstothegeneralmethodtoimproveaccuracy.Paragraphs7.3and7.4provideguidelinesfortailoringthegeneralproceduretoauser''sspecificapplication.Paragraph7.5offersaratingmethodology.1.3TestMethodD2091shouldbeusedforthedeterminationofprintresistanceorpressuremottlingoforganiccoatings,particularlylacquers,appliedtowood-basedcasegoodssuchasfurniture.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
