【摘要】:Thisterminologywasdraftedtoexcludeanycommercialrelevancetoanyonevendorbyusingonlygeneraltermsthatareacknowledgedbyallvendorsandshouldberevisedascharge-coupleddevice(CCD)technologymatures.Thisterminologyusesstandardexplanations,symbols,andabbreviations.1.1Thisterminologybringstogetherandclarifiesthebasictermsanddefinitionsusedwithscientificgradecooledcharge-coupleddevice(CCD)detectors,thusallowingendusersandvendorstousecommondocumentedterminologywhenevaluatingordiscussingtheseinstruments.CCDdetectorsaresensitivetolightintheregionfrom200to1100nmandtheterminologyoutlinedinthedocumentisbasedonthedetectiontechnologydevelopedaroundCCDsforthisrangeofthespectrum.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.
