【摘要】:1EquipmentincludedinscopeThispartofIEC61010specifiesgeneralsafetyrequirementsforelectricalequipmentintendedforprofessional,industrialprocess,andeducationaluse,anyofwhichmayincorporatecomputingdevices,asdefinedina)tod)below,whenusedundertheenvironmentalconditionsof1.4.a)ElectricaltestandmeasurementequipmentThisisequipmentwhichbyelectricalmeanstests,measures,indicatesorrecordsoneormoreelectricalornon-electricalquantities,alsonon-measuringequipmentsuchassignalgenerators,measurementstandards,powersupplies,transducers,transmitters,etc.NOTEAllindicatingandrecordingelectricalmeasuringinstruments(exceptthoseexcludedin1.1.2)fallwithinthescopeofIEC61010unlesstheyarepanelmetersdesignedonlyforbuilding-intootherequipment.Built-inpanelmetersareconsideredtobecomponentsandonlyneedtomeettherelevantrequirementsofIEC61010,orotherstandards,aspartoftheequipmentintowhichtheyarebuilt.b)ElectricalcontrolequipmentThisisequipmentwhichcontrolsoneormoreoutputquantitiestospecificvalues,witheachvaluedeterminedbymanualsetting,bylocalorremoteprogramming,orbyoneormoreinputvariables.c)ElectricallaboratoryequipmentThisisequipmentwhichmeasures,indicates,monitorsoranalysessubstances,orisusedtopreparematerials,andincludesinvitrodiagnostic(IVD)equipmentThisequipmentmayalsobeusedinareasotherthanlaboratories,forexampleself-testIVDequipmentmaybeusedinthehome.d)Accessoriesintendedforusewiththeabove(forexample,samplehandlingequipment).2EquipmentexcludedfromscopeThisstandarddoesnotapplytoequipmentwithinthescopeofa)IEC60065(Safetyrequirementsforaudio,videoandsimilarelectronicapparatus);b)IEC60204(Controlsforelectricalmachines);c)IEC60335(Safetyofhouseholdandsimilarelectricalappliances);d)IEC60364(Electricalinstallationsofbuildings);e)IEC60439-1(Low-voltageswitchgearandcontrolgearassemblies);f)IEC60521(Class0,5;1and2alternatingcurrentwatthourmeters);g)IEC60601(Medicalelectricalequipment);h)IEC60950(Safetyofinformationtechnologyequipmentincludingelectricalbusinessequipment,exceptasspecifiedin1.1.3);i)IEC61558(Powertransformers,powersupplyunitsandsimilar).3ComputingequipmentThisstandardappliesonlytocomputers,processors,etc.whichformpartofequipmentwithinthescopeofthisstandardoraredesignedforuseexclusivelywiththeequipment.NOTEComputingdevicesandsimilarequipmentwithinthescopeofIEC60950andconformingtoitsrequirementsareconsideredtobesuitableforusewithequipmentwithinthescopeofthisstandard.However,someoftherequirementsofIEC60950forresistancetomoistureandliquidsarelessstringentthanthoseinthisstandard.IfHAZARDSfrommoistureorliquidscouldaffectequipmentthatconformstoIEC60950andisusedwithequipmentwhichconformstothisstandard,theinstructionsforuseshouldspecifyanyadditionalprecautionsrequired.
