【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestotransportablemasonryandstonecutting-offmachinesstationaryduringwork,principallyusedonjobsitebuildingconstructionforcutting-offstones,othermineralconstructionmaterialsandcompositematerialshavingatleastonesupportingsurface.Thepowerforthetoolrotationissuppliedbyelectricalorinternalcombustionprimemotor.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazardspertinenttomasonryandstonecutting-offmachinesforjobsite(seeclause4),whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.Thesemachinesaredesignedforusewithrotatingdiamondcutting-offwheelswithacontinuousrimand/orsegmentedrim.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:-metalcutting-offmachines;-woodandtimbersawingmachines;-machineswithafeedordescentmechanismotherthanmanual,orwithapedal;-mobilemachinesonatrolleytravellingontheground;-hand-heldportablegrindingandcutting-offmachines;-hand-heldportablegrindingandcutting-offmachinesmountedonasupporttobeusedinafixedposition.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcovertheoperationoftransportablemasonryandstonecutting-offmachinesinpotentialexplosiveatmospheres.ThisEuropeanStandardcoverselectricalhazardsmakingreferencetorelevantEuropeanStandards(see5.2).Thosehazardsthatarerelevantforallmechanical,electrical,hydraulic,pneumaticandotherequipmentofmachineryandthataredealtwithinstandardsforcommonusearenotcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.Referencetopertinentstandardsofthiskindismadewheresuchstandardsareapplicableandsofarnecessary.Inthisstandard,themasonryandstonecutting-offmachinesforjobsiteconstructionarecalled:"cutting-offmachines"or"machines",andcutting-offwheelsarealsocalled:"tools“.ThisstandardappliesprimarilytothemachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthestandardbyCEN.
