【摘要】:ThispartofISO22846givesthefundamentalprinciplesfortheuseofrope-accessmethodsforworkatheight.Itisintendedforusebyemployers,employeesandself-employedpersonswhouserope-accessmethods,bythosecommissioningrope-accessworkandbyrope-accessassociations.ThispartofISO22846isapplicabletotheuseofrope-accessmethodsonbuildings,otherstructures(on-oroffshore)ornaturalfeatures(suchasclifffaces),duringwhichropesaresuspendedfromorconnectedtoastructureornaturalfeature.Itisapplicabletosituationswhereropesareusedastheprimarymeansofaccess,egressorsupportandastheprimarymeansofprotectionagainstafall.ThispartofISO22846isnotintendedtoapplytotheuseofrope-accessmethodsforleisureactivities,arboriculture,generalsteeplejackmethodsoremergencypersonal-evacuationsystems,ortotheuseofrope-access(linerescue)techniquesbythefirebrigadeandotheremergencyservicesforrescueworkorforrescuetraining.Nevertheless,thoseengagedinothersimilaractivitiesarelikelytobenefitfromtheadvicegiveninthispartofISO22846,asmanyoftheprinciplesdoapplyto,andoffergoodpracticefor,activitiesoutsidethisformallydefinedscope.NOTEThisisthefirstofaplannedmulti-partseriesofInternationalStandardsforropeaccess.
