【摘要】:ThisguideestablishestheminimumstandardfortrainingLandRescueTeamMembersasitrelatestotheirgeneral,field,andrescue-specificknowledgeandskills.ApersontrainedtothisguideisaSupportLevelLandRescueTeamMember(LRT-SupportMember).EverypersonwhoisidentifiedasanLRT-SupportMembershallhavemettherequirementsofthisguide.ThisguideistobeusedbyindividualsandAgenciesHavingJurisdiction(AHJ)thatwishtoidentifytheminimumtrainingstandardsforLRT-SupportMembers.Thisguideisonlythefirstleveloftrainingforlandrescuepersonneland,inconjunctionwithGuideF2209,onlyestablishestheminimumknowledgeandskillsrequiredforapersontoperformbasicevacuationtyperescueofasubject.Noroperescueorotheradvancedskillsareincludedorimplied.NothinginthisguideprecludesanAHJfromaddingadditionalrequirementsforitsownmembers.Additionalskillset-specificendorsementsmaybeusedinconjunctionwiththisdocumenttoclassifyrescuepersonneltomorespecificrescuedisciplines.Thisguidebyitselfisnotatrainingdocument.ItisonlyanoutlineofthetopicsrequiredfortrainingorevaluatinganLRT-SupportMember,althoughitcanbeusedtodevelopatrainingdocumentorprogram.ItisuptotheAuthorityHavingJurisdiction(AHJ)todeterminethedepthordetailoftrainingtomeetitsneeds.ThisguidedoesnotstandaloneandmustbeusedwiththereferenceddocumentstoprovidethespecificinformationneededbyaparticularLRT-SupportMemberorAHJ.Thoughthisguideestablishestheminimumstandards,itdoesnotimplythata(SLLRT)Memberisax201C;trainee,x201D;x201C;probationary,x201D;orothersimilartermmemberofanAHJ.ItisuptotheAHJtodeterminetherequirementsandqualificationsformemberratings.BecausetechnicalrescueisinherentlydangerousandLandRescueTeamMembersarefrequentlyrequiredtoperformrigorousactivitiesinadverseconditions,regionalandnationalsafetystandardsshallbeincludedinagencypoliciesandprocedures.LandRescueTeamMembersshallcompleteallactivitiesinthesafestpossiblemannerandshallfollownational,federal,state,provincial,andlocalsafetystandardsastheyapplytotheLandRescueTeamMember.ThisguidecanbeusedtoevaluateadocumenttodetermineifitscontentmeetsthenecessarytopicsfortraininganLRT-SupportMember.Likewise,theguidecanbeusedtoevaluateanexistingtrainingprogramtoseeifitmeetstherequirementsofthisguide.Theknowledgeandskillsrequirementspresentedinthefollowingsectionsarenotpresentedinanyparticularorderanddonotrepresentatrainingsequence.Exceptwhereaphysicalskillneedstobeshown,itisuptotheAHJtodeterminethebestwaytoevaluateaperson''sknowledge.Thismaybebywrittenexam,oralexam,demonstration,orbysomecombinationofthethree.1.1ThisguideestablishestheminimumtrainingstandardforLRT-SupportMembersasitrelatestotheirgeneral,field,andrescue-specificknowledgeandskills.Thisdocumentmayappropriatelybeusedtodeveloporevaluateatrainingdocumentorprogram.1.2AnLRT-SupportMemberrescuesonthesurfaceofthelandonly,includingwilderness,mountainous,desert,orremoteenvironments.Thisguidealonedoesnotprovidetheminimumtrainingrequirementsforrescuinginthehighangleenvironment,partiallyorfullycollapsedstructures,inoronwater,inconfinedspaces,orunderground(suchascaves,mines,andtunnels).1.2.1AnLRT-SupportMemberisrequiredtohaveknowledgeandskillsetspertainingtotheevacuation/......
