【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsrelatedtosafety,includingmethodsofratingandtestingsingle-,two-,three-,four-legandendlesssewnflatwovenwebbingslings,withorwithoutfittings,madeofpolyamide,polyesterandpolypropyleneman-madefibrewebbinginthewidthrangeof25mmto450mminclusive.TheflatwovenwebbingslingscoveredbythispartofEN1492areintendedforgeneralpurposeliftingoperations,i.e.whenusedforliftingobjects,materialsorgoodswhichrequirenodeviationsfromtherequirements,safetyfactorsorworkingloadlimitsspecified.Liftingoperationsnotcoveredbythisstandardwouldincludetheliftingofpersons,potentiallydangerousmaterialssuchasmoltenmetalandacids,glasssheets,fissilematerials,nuclearreactorsandwherespecialconditionsapply.FlatwovenwebbingslingsconformingtothisEuropeanStandardaresuitableforuseandstorageinthefollowingtemperatureranges:a)polyesterandpolyamide-40℃to100℃;b)polypropylene-40℃to80℃.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytothetypesofwebbingslingindicatedbelow:a)slingssuchasbagslings,nets(consistingofseveralcrossedwebbingsstitchedtogether),'adjustable'slings(containing,forexample,intermediatebucklesstitchedalongthewebbing),etc.;b)slingsmadefromwebbingwovenfrommonofilamentyarns;c)slingsdesignedforpre-slingingandintendednottobere-used.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimizethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringtheuseofflatwovenwebbingslingswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththeinstructionsandspecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorauthorizedrepresentative.

适用范围
本部分代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１８７９８．３—２００２《固态速溶茶 水分测定》。 ＧＢ／Ｔ１８７９８的本部分规定了对固态速溶茶中水分测定的原理、仪器和用具、操作方法及结果计算方法。
本部分适用于固态速溶茶水分的测定。 本部分重要技术指标与ＩＳＯ７５１３：１９９０相同，但在具体编写内容、格式上与ＩＳＯ７５１３：１９９０存在下列差异：
———删掉ＩＳＯ７５１３：１９９０第３章“原理”中的两条“注”；
———删掉ＩＳＯ７５１３：１９９０第５章“取样”中的“注”，将注的内容列入取样内；
———增加“定义”为第３章；
———合并ＩＳＯ７５１３：１９９０第７章的“７．２ 试样称量”与“下列测定”为测定步骤，并删掉“７．４ 测定次数”；
———为便于计算，将ＩＳＯ７５１３：１９９０第８章“计算公式”中的犿１ 与犿２ 加上铝盒质量；
———删掉ＩＳＯ７５１３：１９９０中“９．１ 重复性”中的水分限量３％～４％，此指标与我国生产的固态速溶茶水分不符；
———删掉ＩＳＯ７５１３：１９９０中９．２条；
———删掉ＩＳＯ７５１３：１９９０第１０章“试验报告”；
———将ＩＳＯ７５１３：１９９０第７章“试样准备”以后章节关于分析操作的内容，统一列入第６章“操作方法”内。
