【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationspecifiesasystemarchitectureforelectronicfeecollection(EFC)systemsconcerningvehiclerelatedtransportservicessuchastheuseoftollroads,zoneaccess,parkingandrouteguidance.ThisTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotcoverpersonrelatedtransportservicessuchaspublictransport.However,someoftheclausesinthisstandardmayalsobeapplicableforfarecollection.NOTEFarecollectionarchitectureinpublictransportiscoveredbyotherWorkingGroupsinCEN/TC278andISO/TC204,e.g.WG3PublicTransportinCEN/TC278.ThisTechnicalSpecificationprovidestheoverviewof,andinter-relationshipamong,thesetofstandardsfordesign,development,testingandoperationofapplicationsinthefieldofEFC.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisalsoapplicabletotheITSFundamentalServicecalledElectronicFinancialTransactionswhichistheuseofelectronic,or'cashless'paymentsystemsfortransportation.Hence,thisstandardcoverstollcollectionsystems,parkingfeecollectionsystems,systemsforroadandcongestionpricingandintegratedpaymentsystemsfortransportservices.
